YOUNG CENTRE STAGERS

Creative workshops for children from 4 to 7 years

School years: Reception, Year 1 and Year 2

Saturday Mornings: 9.30am - 11am   and   11.15am - 12.45pm

This is a small and very friendly group for children between 4 and 7 years.

Sessions are divided into classes of singing, dance and drama, offering an introduction to all three disciplines as a preparation to move up to the three hour sessions at 7 years.

This is a preparatory class structured to encourage the young child to express herself/himself easily and to build confidence by using movement, song, improvisation and imagination games.

Lessons are fun and instructive with the emphasis on working together and building self-confidence at a pace that suits each child.

Drama and performance are explored in an innovative and inspirational way in this fun class for young children.

Young Centre Stagers endeavo
urs to enrich children’s talents and confidence through a diverse array of theatrical disciplines and techniques.

There is a class uniform of a Centre Stage T-Shirt and hoodie. Children should wear black bottoms and either plimsolls or black jazz shoes.

JUST RECENTLY...

Earlier this year, our Young Centre Stagers performed in their very own shows...
'THE GOBLIN NEXT DOOR'!

The entertaining tale told the story of an obnoxious, noisy goblin who moves next door to the gentle folk of fairyland, causing mayhem and trouble.

Could he be persuaded to leave? Or did he see the error of his ways and turn over a new leaf?
