Full Scale Musical Productions
Centre Stage produce a huge amount of shows and events each year and none are bigger than our full scale musical theatre productions performed at professional theatres accompanied by a live orchestra.
We have produced ten full-scale musicals to date, including; The Wizard of Oz, Fame, Honk!, Hairspray, Bugsy Malone, Les Miserables, 13 The Musical, Our House, The Wiz and Seussical.
UpStaged Theatre Company
Established in 2006; Upstaged Theatre Company is a creative Drama Group for Centre Stage students over the age of sixteen who wish to gain additional acting experience.
Plays are rehearsed in addition to normal classes and performed in professional theatres, as well as regularly transferring to The Edinburgh and Camden Fringe Festivals.
The Oscar Awards Ceremony
Each year we host an Oscar Awards Ceremony in which we recap and celebrate the year’s work and reward all our students for their achievements in class work, shows and productions. This night is one of the highlights of our year with Live Entertainment, Raffle Prizes, Awards and Disco to see out yet another busy year with the Centre Stage Family!
